Does hyaluronidase injection cause skin indents? Will it resolve by itself? (Photo)

I had a little bit of filler dissolved from Hyaluronidase using .15 ml mixed with lidocaine. It left a tiny circle /indent (see pics). Will this little circle go away? Will it go away on its own? Can chemicals peels or any retinal help with this? Any other options? Thank you
