There are ways of figuring out if you are allergic or not to hyaluronidase. You could get a tiny amount applied in your forearm to check if your body is tolerant to the agent, if not, there is very low possibility of you having a reaction to this procedure.

As a general rule, fillers, do not migrate, unless they were injected into the area where it is not being desired. The only area where fillers such as hyaluronic acid can migrate is it around the lower eyelid area. Your face appears to be extremely thin, and maybe even gone looking.
