Hi i would love to ask you After nearly one year of my lip filler application now i can see a yellowish lump under my upper lip im really concerned is it just filler migration or worse and how it can be solved Thank you :)

Since your procedure was over a year ago, serious complications from your treatment are unlikely. Sometimes people can bite the inside of their lips after a filler treatment, but these lesions typically do not have a cystic appearance. If this is a localized area of fluid collection, this should be a relatively easy fix. In the picture it is not completely possible to tell if this is precisely a hyaluronic acid filler migration. If it is, this can definitively be solved by hyaluronidase. It is crucial to get that seen by a specialist first, before undergoing a procedure such as hyaluronidase injection to dissolve it.
