Hi i would love to ask you After nearly one year of my lip filler application now i can see a yellowish lump under my upper lip im really concerned is it just filler migration or worse and how it can be solved Thank you :)

Typically, hyaluronic acid based fillers do not last longer than 1-2 years. There are fillers that are not hyaluronic acid based that would need operative intervention to remove the substance. Without knowing which specific type of filler you had, I am not able to confidently recommend one...

In your narrative, it doesn't seem to mention when you have the dissolving enzyme placed. Indentations from either steroid injections or from ha dissolving enzymes may Fill on their own if you observe them for 6 to 8 weeks. Since the indentation is not visible unless you are making a funny face,...
