Lip filler injected too high, outside border, should I dissolve? (Photo)

Question

I got .5 ml juvederm lip filler 10 days ago and I immediately did not like the shape of them. The nurse put the whole .5 ml in my upper lip and made my cupids bow too high and pointy. My border is rounded and it looks like the filler is outside the border. By now the swelling has gone down and I still hate the result. Can I get them dissolved after 10 days or should I still wait it out? I'm concerned about migration since its so close to the border. Any suggestions?

It is important to wait 14 days as a minimum to decide whether or not you like your lip procedure. Sometimes inflammation is what causes certain shapes. If that time already passed by and you still do not like the results of your lip filler procedure, you can definitively get it disolved with help of hyaluronidase.

Its always important to develop a great communication with your injector, that way you know you are on the same path whenever you choose to get any procedure done. Get to know your injector, ask questions, and ask for before and after pictures! And it's crucial to ask if your injector is certified to do procedures like this one.
