I don’t understand why I can’t have high boobs. I see women on here with high boobs. Is there an anatomical reason it cannot be done on my chest? I’d like to revisit implants but only if they can be high and perky not large. Did I end up hangy bc it’s too large? I put them up higher on my chest with a bra every day. They go there, why can’t they be placed up there?
Answer: A Number of Questions Good morning! I noticed you have posted a number of questions, so let me wrap it all up in one answer: Pain- this is usually due to one of two things- capsular contracture, which you do not appear to have, or bottoming out, which you may have just the beginnings of. In bottoming out, the weight of the implants hanging on the skin pulling on the nerves at first can create a dull, heavy, hanging achy feeling that can eventually progress to real pain. To correct this I use the Internal Bra- my strong permanent internal suturing technique which lifts and supports your implants over the long term will give you better cleavage and upper pole fullness. Remove Now and Replace Later? That's a so-so option, but it's going to be more expensive and time consuming. I don't see why you would want or need to do that unless you were thinking of taking them out and leaving them out....otherwise there really isn't a benefit Your PS is a Lost Cause- sounds like it's time to move on and seek a revision specialist who can achieve your goals- make sure whomever you choose can show you lots and lots of photos of their own repairs Having Perky Smaller Breasts Higher on Your Chest- that's what the Internal Bra also does- places your implants much higher on your chest and supports them there over the long term. You should also select different implants- they don't have to be bigger, they should just be more perky, like the Mentor HP Xtra implants or overfilled saline implants, depending on your preference I think that about wraps it up- my recommendations would be one stage, Internal Bra and Implant Exchange. Hope this helps- email me if you have any other questions!

Answer: Upper Pole Fullness Hi pinkvock, Upper pole fullness is achieved with appropriate implant selection but more importantly, submuscular placement, and precise pocket dissection. The submuscular placement allows the muscle to cover the top part of the implant which allows the upper pole to appear fuller. Keeping away from the lateral chest during pocket dissection allows the implant to remain higher and prevents it from falling off to the side. If you are considering a breast revision surgery, you should consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your options and make sure your surgeon understands your goals. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Explant and The Bellesoma Lift for high breasts Breast implants are heavy and descend with gravity. The larger the implant the more descent. An alternative technique is explantation using The Bellesoma Method. The implants are removed, your breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation and the ability to breast feed are maintained, if not injured during your previous surgery. At the same time or later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired. Implants are not lifetime devices and half are removed by 9.5 years. Fat transfer is permanent and incorporated into the body.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Higher Breasts Larger breast implants tend to descend over time which may be giving the appearance you are referring to. If you are looking for more upper pole fullness, one option is fat transfer. The other is a lift in conjunction with placement of a different sized implant. This would help get the look you are aiming for but the trade off is having multiple incisions.
