I am 28 and considering breast augmentation. I discovered cysts (C) and fibroadenomas (F) in both breasts first in 2017. 2019 report: right breast (F5.4x3.8mm; C3.5x2.5mm; F4.5x3.4mm), left breast (C3.5x1.8mm) 2020 (today): RB (F3.7x2 mm; C2.7x1.6mm; F 8x3mm), LB (С2.4x1.6mm) My potential PS said no biopsy is needed as long as F&C are less than 2cm and no rapid growth has been noticed. Is it the right approach? Other surgeons told me to do biopsy once F&C reach 1cm. Can I still have implants?

Hi and thanks for your question!
Typically you may return to work as soon as you are able and feeling okay. You may not do any heavy lifting for 3 weeks. Check with your surgeon for his or her guidelines and restrictions. Best of luck!
