Vertical thigh lift without groin crease incision seems rare, since that junction can cause "dog ears".....but I've wanted to avoid groin incision. Is there a commonly used modified incision that is easier to heal from and which is smaller? I've heard the "T" incision isn't the only way to do it. Thanks so much!

This is fairly common after a medial thigh lift. It is because the vascular drainage is altered for the surgery. It will eventually improve, but likely within a month. Complete resolution could take considerably longer. For some temporary relief, try to spend some time with your legs elevated...
