Thank you for your question. Non-surgical methods for keeping your nipples more erect might include piercing, or injecting them with a filler - such as Juvederm. Although "non-surgical", both of these alternatives are still invasive, and filler is only temporary. If you decide to move forward, please be certain to schedule a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon.

There are no non-invasive solutions as far as I know. Piercing or fillers are considered non-surgical and can offer a temporary solution ( even with piercings nipples can get used to them). I use cartilage when I do nipple reconstruction after breast cancer treatment, but I would not advocate this for a case like yours. Seek advice from an experienced PS.
