Thank you for sharing your question and photographs.  This split nipple appearance can be corrected with a small in-office procedure by a board certified plastic surgeon. The intervening tissue on either side of the split is removed and sutures are used to reapproximate the skin edges.  The bum...

Thank you for sharing your question.  Extra, or supernumerary, nipples can be removed with a small in-office procedure.  Costs will vary by geography, but one can anticipate between 1000-2000 dollars.  Hope this helps.
