Just got a call from my derm stating that the mole she removed under my right breast is a collision lesion with spitzoid features. Path says it is likely benign but bc they don't know for sure, my derm wants me to get 5mm excised immed. As it is underneath my breast, would it be safe to get it excised while coupling the procedure with a breast lift and possibly new implants? (just had implants put in 3 years ago) Or would it be better to have it excised and then get the lift on a later date??

Yeast infections can happen in any moist and warm skin crease. Use of antibiotics can also encourage these infections. Keeping the area dry and use of anti-fungal creams will easily resolve the situation.
Why would you not trust the experience and knowledge of your plastic surgeon and the wound care nurse? They certainly would not want you to regress in your wound recovery. Tegaderm is waterproof, conforms to your body contours, and will prevent stress on the small wound at the bottom of you...
It is impossible to give you advice without a photo and being able to compare sides. You need to be assessed by your PS asap and make sure there is no haematoma. It is usual to have some oozing but a massive bleed usually means a return to theatre.
