All I want is the white spots gone and have the veneers be the colour of the rest of my teeth which is yellow I don't really care about my teeth being white I just want those yucky white spots gone

Microabrasion is one conservative and cost effective option and can help remove the white spots. There is a product out that I use called "Icon" by DMG America that you can have your dentist get for you. It works well on white lesions. 
If the white spots are deep, another option is bonding, where the white spot is removed and a matching tooth coloured filling material is placed to blend in with the surrounding teeth.
Looking at your teeth, porcelain veneers can easily be crafted to naturally match your teeth with minimal to no tooth preparation. It definitely will cover the white spots and is your most expensive option. 
May advice is to try the conservative approach first!

Yes, you could so veneers, but some simple ICON (DMG America) or composite bonding will fix this problem for a fraction of the cost of veneers.
