I’m 55, and am looking much older because of my teeth, a botched eyelid lift, and a botched nose job. Advice? (photos)

Since your smile appears to be your biggest concern ...yes a dentist well versed in Cosmetic dentistry can help you look younger with a smile you would literally have a smile to smile about...The caveat is your Sjogrens...I assume your broken teeth in back were decayed...Your occlusion is so important for the cosmetic dentistry to last..Your dry mouth makes decay so much more prevalent...Thus it is important to find a dentist not just who can improve your smile but can help you with proper nutrition and with the management of your Sjogrens..Gook luck.

A long term plan begins with a complete diagnostic workup of your teeth with consideration of your needs, expectations, and budget. I feel the broken teeth may be exacerbated by your Sjogren's Syndrome. The dry mouth asssociated with Sjogren's puts you at risk for decay as your saliva cannot "wash" your teeth and prevent buildup of bacteria and plaque.
Once the cause of your decay and associated risks are lowered, the world is your oyster as far as planning the rejuvenation of your teeth.
