my ears will get extremely hot and I will break out all over my face my shoulders everywhere everywhere with the huge bumps when you touch and discuss crumbles out and makes it open sore

You have a significant facial rash, for which you should definitely be evaluated and treated. A dermatologist would be your best choice.  You could be allergic to many things, but there is no scientific evidence for developing an allergy to silicone.  Due to the chemical structure of silicone, an allergy is impossible unless the implants were not approved implants and had impurities in the manufacturing process.   Good luck in your effort to find the underlying cause for your facial rash.

You are having some condition that could be allergic in nature.  You definitely should see a dermatologist to see what the problem is.  It is unlikely that your condition is due to your breast implants.  It is more likely that your rash is due to a medication you are taking or something that you are putting on your face, such as makeup or your skincare products.

Your photos do not show a typical allergic reaction local or systemic. Additionally, I agree with the MD below that a dermatologist consultation is in order.  It is unknown to me of any documented cases of silicone breast implant allergies.

I do not know of any allergic reactions due to silicone breast implants. Silicone in general is an inert substance. I suggest that you consult with a Board Certified Dermatologist.

Since your reactions are on your face, it is very unlikely that your implants are to blame. Breast implants are inert and have a very low chance of allergic reactions. You may be allergic to a wide variety of things--foods, cosmetics, soap, detergents, medications, perfumes, household cleaning products, etc.  I would suggest seeing an allergist and finding out what allergies you have. I would also suggest avoiding all cosmetics.  Good luck to you.

Silicone is an inert product used in many implantable devices due to its very low inflammatory profile. What you are having is unlikely to be related to the implants and could be a generalized reaction to medications or food. Please consult with a PCP or a dermatologist to find the cause. Best to you.
