Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

In order to give you the best advice as to treatment options for your neck, an examination of you would be needed. Just based on your photo, it appears that there is still some excess fat in your neck producing fullness in the area. The examination of you would be able to determine if this is fat or just skin, or both. If there is fat producing fullness in your neck, it is possible that liposuction could help again. Treatment with Kybella would be another option. If the issue is mainly excess skin, then there are some non-surgical treatments that could help, such as Face/NeckTite. This treatment uses radio frequency to deliver heat to the the tissue under the skin, which produces some tightening.

From the looks of your picture, it looks like you still have a submental deposit of fat. A single submental coolsclpting session followed by a morpheus8 of the chin and jawline should work well.

Although an in person evaluation is best, from your photo it appears you would benefit from FaceTite with some liposuction of the submental area. From the one limited photograph presented, it appears that you have significant deposits of fat below the platysma muscle in the neck. Neck lift surgery with a platysma-plasty is required to significantly improve your jawline. That's the reason the liposuction was not effective because liposuction can only remove fat deposit above the platysma muscle. No skin removal is required

It appears that you need fillers as well as Kybella. Have a consultation with an expert and discuss treatment options.

I cannot determine from the photo whether this is due to the presence of a fat waddle or lax skin. An in-person evaluation is required.In our practice, we utilize Kybella injections as a first line non-surgical method of dissolving submental fat. If unsuccessful, you may wish to consider a secondary liposuction as the procedure has become more effective in recent years.
