Hello! I have always wanted breast implants, waited until after kids though and had my first consultation appt yesterday. I am someone who likes more of the fake, high profile look and was told that to achieve a look like that I have only two options. get a lift with the implants or get implants placed over the muscle instead of under. Honestly neither option sounds ideal to me. Does it look like there is no way to go under the muscle & no lift and still get my desired results or close?

Yes, mesh can be placed over the muscle, however, support is usually needed for the lower half of the breast and muscle is in the upper portion. Usually mesh over the muscle is not helpful unless a specific problem, like a hernia torn through the muscle, is present.
