I'm 24 and my BMI is 21 so it isn't from weight because I've always had big cheeks. The fat on the lower half of my face is too much and I've had chin lipo already. I've attached a photo of my face regular at rest and then a photo of me sucking in my cheeks and pulling the fat upwards which is how I'd prefer it to look. Is it buccal fat reduction or fat grafting that I need?
