I have went from 33% body fat to 14.5% body fat in the last two years. I had abdominal liposuction and this surgeon let me know he got as close to the skin as possible to heat it so it would retract. I've been advised that I may need a torsoplasty or could try BodyTite. Thoughts?

An examination is always best, from the photos you provided it appears you would have nice results from liposuction. This would remove subcutaneous fatty pockets in your abdomen. If necessary J Plasma could be added to tighten skin. See a board certified plastic surgeon near you to learn more.
