Is new bruising 2 weeks post-op normal? (Photo)

The bruising appears minor and should not compromise your result. It is still appropriate to have a follow up examination with your surgeon. You may want to discuss your activity levels and review your restrictions at that time. 

Thank you for sharing your question and photograph.  After a procedure bruising may develop several days after surgery and need not be of significant concern if your breast appearance and recovery has been uncomplicated.  Be sure to discuss with your surgeon but your photograph does not show a reason for immediate concern.  Hope this helps
