High profile silicone 450 or 485 ccs for someone who Lost weight but still has about a B cup? Wanting fullness and pick me up.

kenzie328
My breasts used to be about a C. After losing a bunch of weight I am at a full A, small B. I would like to be about a D, but would be fine with a DD too. The biggest thing I want out of my augmentation is more fullness and for them to have a little more pick me up. Debating between 450 and 485, I know this is a small difference but it's important to me! Will the 450 eat up and cushion too much to my current breast tissue that I won't have an augmented look? Any recommendations?
