I was left with shiny scars after IPL treatment. What are my options?

I naively used metallic eyeliner to draw grids for IPL hair removal. It left unraised, shiny brown scars that look like cuts all over my leg. Do I have any options for this, other than bleaching creams? Thanks in advance.

You treated yourself with IPL and did this? IPL is attracted to color so putting color on the skin and expecting it not to target there isn't going to happen. So basically, you burned yourself. You need to see an expert to see if there are options. Bleaching creams may or may not help. Too hard to say without an in person consult to see the scarring.
