Yes fillers can be injected, but if the acne is very severe with cysts and pustules Id suggest treating that first to limit any issues.  Best, Dr. Emer.

As most Doctors have their own post-injection care regimens, it would be best to follow your own doctor's advice on this. Many of us have our patients lightly massage the area for a few days as this can help the material "set up" more naturally. Most patients prefer  "life as usual"...
