Hello. I am post op 4 weeks. As you can see my nose bridge is connected to my forehead?? There is no dip at all. My side profile is so ugly!! My front profile I look like a human Avatar. I emailed my surgeon my photo and he say I probably need steroids injection so the fullness can shrink and then stated I need kenolog to help it go down a little, so does that mean that’s how my nose will look like? Or I m just swollen? I am literally hate my nose right now. Making me look so ugly before surgery.

It seems to be OK to have a short flight after closed nose reduction. Nose bleed can happen but should not be anything serious. Good luck.
