Residents clinics can be a way to get lower cost cosmetic surgery, and in some cases may be a good idea. But not for a rhinoplasty procedure. Your best bet is to save up until you can have it done by an experienced rhinoplasty surgeon. Good luck.
I would wait a full six weeks after a rhinoplasty and chin implant before having any form of a facial done. Your nose in particular is still not going to feel very comfortable with any type of extractions at this postoperative time.
