Abdominal Fat transfer to fill hollowed eyes is still present 3 months post-op. Looked good till swelling went down. Can additional fat transfer be done under light sedation?

Yes, additional fat grafting can be down to the area after all the swelling has resolved and you still need more correction.  Given the area you are describing, you probably don't need a lot of fat and that can be harvested under conscious sedation.  You will need to be examined for final determination.  Good luck.

Additional fat can be transferred. I often tell patients they made need a second procedure. I would much rather be cautious and add a little bit of fat later.If you read some of the other posts of patients who've been grossly over-treated, you'll understand why.In general, I would not use general anesthesia for facial transfer.
