What are my options for telangiectasias that were dilated/worsened by hyfrecator/cautery. I have Fair skin, very fine telangiectasias on thin skin under eyes and on cheeks.Vessels were 1-2 mm or pinpoints. They're WORSE than before, as if the collapse of one part of the vessel maximally dilated others and NEW ones at the periphery AFTER the procedure (new tendrils appeared). I am so disheartened/regretful and would appreciate honest opinions and options. What do I pursue now?Veingogh? Vbeam?
