Almost all derms recommend V-Beam to treat red acne marks, however, on acne forums a lot of people complain of little to no results from vbeam. Even on this site, the user satisfaction rating is around 61%. It seems vbeam works best on bright red capillaries, but doesn't really work well on faded/Pink acne marks. Is this true? If not then which settings should be used to treat pink acne marks? Also, is there No downtime with Vbeam Perfecta?
