Since I was a child, I've always had a crooked chin (not jaw). In the past I've gotten braces, so while my bite is now aligned, my crooked chin has become more pronounced. This is compounded by the fat on my chin which is pushed down when I smile. Could minor chin burring be a permanent solution to this problem? Or are there other options? The lopsided look this causes in photos has been plaguing me for years, and I'm ready to get this fixed for good!
