What needs to be done on each eye to achieve symmetry to have a natural end result to complement Asian features? The right eye has a double eyelid but is smaller than the monolid left eye. Her iris on her right eye is covered by her eyelid more than the eyelid on the left. Would this patient’s end result include large eyelid space due to the left eye (double eyelid) being smaller than the right eye (monolid)?
