Is there a difference in scarring and in general results when the surgeon uses fast acting 1 week dissolvable skin sutures vs using non-dissolvable sutures to close the wound that the surgeon needs to take out a week post op?

That's a tough one. Believe it or not it is often possible to have an Asian Blepharoplasty aka Asian Eyelid Surgery without adding a crease. If you want a small crease, that may be possible. If you could provide some photos that would help.

based on your comment, it should now be 4 months from you surgery. the picture you submitted at 3 weeks post op should now be very different. you still have 2 more months for further subtle shape changes and it will ultimately settle to final shape in 1 year from surgery. ...
