Can I get revision to make crease bigger?

Yes, It is usually easier to make smaller crease to larger one instead of the other way around. On your case, the difference between two crease is small and I believe you can have larger crease after releasing smaller one. As long as to determine whether you have enough skin or not you can measure the distance between from eyebrow to upper lid margin while you close eyes. If the distance is more than 20mm then you can remove any extra skin beyond the 20mm without worry.

Morning,Unfortunately I couldn't see your photos clearly but typically it is very likely you can make the crease higher as long as we have a few things:1.  Enough skin to work with.  If there isn't much you can still some times reposition the crease.2.  If you eyes are medium or deep set vs. shallow set.  If your eyes are shallow and the tip of the eyeball is even with the brow bone your lids have to literally wrap over the front of the eye to close completely.  If this is the case a revision may not be a good idea.3.  If there's no lagophthalmos.  This means if you already can't completely close your eyes you should not seek a higher crease.Chase Lay MDAsian eyelid surgery expert.

revision can be done to make your fold more symmetrical but you need to be evaluated to see how your sot tissue is....firm or soft or mobile.  also depends on how long it has been since your last surgery.  revision surgery is recommended at 1 year from your last surgery.  hope this helps.
