They look weird is it the shape, size or just because it’s implants? It’s not round and it looks like they are too low...
Answer: Malposition of buttock implants Based purely upon your photo, your buttock implants look “weird” because they were most likely placed on top of the muscle instead of within the muscle. When buttock implants are placed on top of the muscle instead of within the muscle (aka “intramuscular”) , they become much more visible, palpable, saggy, and result in a very unnatural shape. If this is the case, your implants will need to be removed and repositioned into the intra-muscular tissue plane and possibly even a different shaped implant used, such as the Stanton Anatomic. Glad to help.

Answer: Butt implant results Thank you for your question.Unfortunately you have attached only one picture which is moderately conclusive so bear with me if my judgement is not totally exact. However it seems there might be a problem with the implants not being placed in the correct plane. It looks like they are placed too superficial, something that I observe with certain frequency when unexperienced surgeons embark on this procedure. The solution for this might be to bring the implants in deeper into the muscle. This is not always possible though. If it has been done incorrectly in the first surgery or the muscle is damaged by factors owing to your own tissue response, which is also a possible factor, it is better to remove them, repair the muscle and go back 6 months when recovered. This could be assessed with better angle photographs and best a video where we can see how the look changes when you bend over.
