Can you see/feel butt implant edges?

The most crucial elements to a successful buttock implant surgery is A) selecting the right size and shape of implant and B) placing the implant within the gluteus maximus muscle. if your implants are the appropriate size, done correctly with an expert board certified plastic surgeon you should not be able to see the outline of the implant. Be sure to choose a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon that specializes in such procedures.
