My butt implants are uneven, what can I do to fix them? (Photos)

Dear doctors, I really need your advice. I had my butt Implants last September 2018 in Manila, Philippines. This is my problem, 1 day post-op It’s already uneven on the first day The nurse said it’s because of the anesthesia. She said that maybe im still healing but I know for myself that something is wrong. I feel that my right butt is heavier than the other. Now 4mos post op nothing has change. I cant wear dress because the other is always protruding. Pls help.

Unfortunately it’s difficult to appreciate the unevenness based upon your photos. I would suggest scheduling an in-person consultation with physical exam or at least a virtual consult where you could be viewed live on either FaceTime or Skype. Glad to be of help.

Dear Canadian,  Thanks for posting your pictures and sorry for your problem. It would have been very helpful to see your before pictures as well, in order to rule in or out pre operative butt asymmetry.   From observing your pictures, it appears  that the left butt pocket was not lowered enough, or you developed capsule contracture after surgery. It has nothing to do with the anesthesia. The corrective procedure is quite simple - capsulotomy (scar release), to allow the implant to descend lower, symmetrically with the other  side.   Consult with experienced board certified plastic surgeons who operate in accredited surgery center for your safety. Most importantly, check the before and after pictures in the photo gallery to make sure that they are numerous, consistent, symmetrical and attractive.                          Best of luck,                                          Dr Widder

Its difficult to tell from the photos but if you are unhappy with you implants you may seek a consultation from a board certified plastic surgeon in the US to fix them.  please only seek advice from a board certified plastic surgeon who specializes in this procedure and Is well known for it.
