Hello and thank you for your question. It is true that VASER fat, as long as the fat has been done on a lower setting, is more viable and better for fat transfer to the buttock in a BBL. Laser energies work at a much higher temperature, which can kill the fat cells and make the fat much less effective for fat transfer to the buttocks. Personally, I perform all of my BBL fat transfers with Vaser. I find it gives excellent results and better grafts.Vaser also makes the liposuction easier and gives skin tightening- both great advantages over traditional liposuction.An exam and consultation with a plastic surgeon who performs these procedures is recommended to confirm you are a candidate as well as discuss your options and expectations.

Yes, Vaser liposuction is compatible with fat transfer and can be done very safely. The fat cells are purified and then reinjected into the area that you wish to contour (in your case your butt). I would seek a physician with experience in these techniques in order to obtain the best outcome.
