I’m 32 years old. Three years ago I noticed that my hairline started to receding. I don’t use minoxidil or finasteride. I don’t notice any further progress in receding but I want to fix it and do hair transplant. How many grafts do I need? And do I need hair transplant or I can use minoxidil and finasteride and fix it? By the way my father is 56 and he has got almost the same hairline. Is there any chance that I won’t lose all my hair?
