On this photo it appears that a portion of corrugator muscle is forming a visible band. If that is the case a small amount of Botox injected in the band should take care of deformity for some time. Only on the basis of in person evaluation one could give you more accurate answer. Good luck.

It really depends on where you are planning to get botoxed. The only muscle that I would be cautious of for you would probably be the orbicularis oris muscle so you just want to avoid getting any injections too close to the mouth. Anything around the eyes should absolutely be fine no problem....
