Some people have an expressive for head, and based on your narrative in photos, you appear to be one of them. Botox, or another neurotoxin, would prevent you from being able to raise your eyebrows as high as your currently are able. Relax. Botox has been used successfully for three decades for treatment hyperactive forehead "worry line" (frontalis) muscles. I have personally been using it for this area for three decades already.
