26 year-old male from Michigan. Would a sliding genioplasty help to fix my double chin? If so, what is the average cost? (Photo)

I have had a double chin for the longest time due to a weak chin. More recently I have corrected life-long poor posture which has tilted by head down further creating more of a double chin. While I do have fat and some loose skin in the neck area, I do not want to do a chin implant or a chin implant + neck lift. Could a sliding genioplasty on its own possibly fix my double chin? If not, are there surgeons that perform both a sliding genioplasty (not implant) and liposuction of the neck area?
