I would like my jaw to be n a ‘v-shape’ instead of round like it is now. I would also like my chin to be reduced. What procedure or set of procedures would be most appropriate for me?

Depending on your bite, and if you experience things like sleep apnea or difficulty eating, you could benefit from jaw surgery. This procedure is done firstly to fix mechanical issues and improve one's quality of life, but aesthetic concerns are taken into account as well. But for arguments sake, you could also benefit from a chin reduction, along with jawline contouring and possibly submental liposuction. You could potentially think about angled jaw implants in the back to create more definition, but you should be able to achieve your desired look without.

In order to provide the changes that you would like, I would recommend custom jaw angle implants. The reason that your chin is more noticeable is because of diminished contour of the jaw angles. The implants would provide a smooth and well defined jawline.
