I’m a 25 year old male. I don’t seem to have any sleep apnea or functional issues but aesthetically, I really want to improve my face. My lower third of the face is very weak (pictures attached). Will sliding genioplasty address these concerns or should I look into jaw surgery? Im actually very scared of side effects like permanent numbness but I also want to look the best version of myself. What procedures would be best suited to aesthetically improve my appearance? Thank you!
