Hello I am a 19 years old girl, I've been told that my face is very long and not very attractive, how can I enhance my features and look the best? I plan on having a genioplasty but I am not sure about the rest.

Looking at your pictures I don't see anything that is wrong with your face and in my opinion, the statement that your face is too long is not true to me.

There's always things that can be done to the face to enhance it aesthetically but that will depend on the results you want to achieve. For example, if someone wanted to have a stronger chin, a Chin Implant might improve projection or balance the face.

In this case I would recommend having a consultation with an experienced Plastic Surgeon who can give you the right advice.
