How do I make the middle of my nose balanced with nostrils after alarplasty? (photos)

I had alarplasty and tiplasty done. But now the space between my nostrils looks too wide in comparison to my nostrils. How can I achieve a more symmetrical or balanced look?

Also your skin is a little thick and you need to be patient about the recovery stage. For gain more defined and elegant nose I recommend you revision rhinoplasty. Hello you need make a straight your septum and solve breathing problems also correct the nostrils but after the surgery your nose will not be straight for 100 %
