How to fix dent in nose after turbinate reduction 6 years ago? (photo)

barrish85
Following a turbinate reduction six years ago I developed a dent in my nose. The surgery also caused empty nose syndrome which I have recently got surgery for which involved the implant of costal cartilage into my inferior meatus. This second surgery has worsened the dent so that now it’s more of a crease. What kind of treatment can be done to put things back to normal?
