Why do I have breast ptosis at age 19-20 and is it possible to reshape my breasts with non surgical procedures?

There are no exercises, injections, or creams that will noticeably
increase breast volume or lift the breast. Typically, a breast lift (mastopexy) is often performed in
patients with breasts that are saggy (ptotic). For patients with both a lack of volume
and sagging breasts and whom desire lifted, perky breasts, a combination of a
breast lift and augmentation (mastopexy augmentation) can address both issues. A detailed examination will help delineate the best
surgical treatment. Consultation with a plastic surgeon would be the next best
step.

It's a good question. Without a photograph, it's difficult to determine the cause of your breast ptosis. Consider reposting your question with some photos.I am unaware of any nonsurgical ways to reshape the breast. Breast ptosis is typically addressed with a breast lift surgery. The best way to answer all of your questions, is to meet in person with a board-certified plastic surgeon.

You would have to be evaluated by a board certified plastic surgeon to see what degree of ptosis you might have. There are many options for you, most common being a breast lift. Make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to be evaluated and to discuss your options!

Breast ptosis is something that some are simply born while in others, it is brought on by pregnancy, hormones, weight loss/gain and age. It can be fixed with a breast lift. Best, Dr. Nazarian

as in your situation, the best non-invasive ways to help tighten the tissue would involve using ThermiLift.  If you really want more fullness on top, a traditional mastopexy may be needed.  There are barbed suture devices (Refine?) that can also help but I do not know the longevity of having such procedure.  Unfortunately, ptosis can happen before children arrive.

Breasts do change differently between women and for a number of reasons like age, anatomy, pregnancy, weight loss/gain, and the like.  A breast augmentation can be able to enhance your breast size but it would be hard to assess your situation without an in person examination. Thank you very much for your question.Without a picture, it is difficult to comment on the amount of ptosis you have (if any).  The surgical procedure to correct breast ptosis is a "breast lift", or "mastopexy".  Sometimes mild ptosis can be corrected using a breast implant instead of doing a breast lift, but this would mean you wanted to have more breast volume as well.  There are surgeons who have had success at correcting mild ptosis without surgery using energy devices (e.g. Ultherapy).  I recommend contacting a plastic surgeon for an in-person evaluation and discuss your goals, and they will propose a plan to give you the result you desire.  Best of luck!
