Will getting moderate profile make my boobs sag?

Implants are designed to add volume to your breast.  They do not lift your breasts nor will they necessarily make your breasts sag (unless you are going with very large implants that overwhelm your breast support).  Moderate profile implants are flat and wide at the base.  High profile implants are narrower at the base and have more projection.  Moderate plus profile implants are in between.  I generally like the moderate plus and high profile implants more than the moderate profile implants.  I think the "edges" are a little more rounded in the moderate plus and high profile implants which decreases the risk of "scalloping" around the edges that may be seen or felt.  Bottom line:  1. implants will not make you saggy or lift you up.  2.
