In this case there is not a special component of the nose which is ugly but the problem is that all the components are of larger dimension than normal. It seems easy but it isn't: the surgeon has to reduce the nasal dorsum keeping it straight, to perform osteotomies without in-fracture, to shorten the length of the nose, to obtain a smaller and under projected tip. The difficulty in such cases is not to overdo and maintain the features of the manly nose. The result of the rhinoplasty can be excellent if it is completely natural.
