Thank you for your question! It is hard to fully tell because you have a heavier upper eyelid fold. This can be resolved with a simple Upper Blepharoplasty. While this procedure is not meant to completely change your eye shape, it will improve the appearance of your eyes and make them appear more open. This can be done under either local or general anesthesia by a Board Certified plastic surgeon or an Opthamologist. The downtime for this is minimal, as it is merely removing a small amount of skin above the eyelid, with sutures coming out about one week post-op.
I wouldn’t call your eyes around and I don’t think they’re all men shaped either.I think you have a negative canthal tilt that you’re already aware of and that has some impact on physical appearance.I don’t really see why putting a name on your ocular appearance makes a difference.Perhaps some other providers will have more insight.Best,Mats Hagstrom MD
