Skin pinch? Lower bleph? Please help (Photo)

I believe this is a better option than a skin pinch surgery. The reason is that very little skin can be removed from the under eyes, otherwise they will get pulled downward and look unusual. Based on these photos, it doesn’t look like you have extra skin on your lower eyelid but rather a depression, mild concavity due to a smaller cheek bones. Transconjuctival lower blepharoplasty with small amount of fat grafts to augment the area would fit your needs better than skin excision. In person consultation or teleconference with a board certified plastic surgeon with expertise in this technique is recommended. Good luck.

My number one recommendation is to avoid excessive Sun exposure and to wear sunscreen daily.
Avoiding sun damage is the best thing you can do to avoid skin redundancy and wrinkling in your lower eyelids.
Personally, I’m not a big fan of removing skin in the lower eyelid and this is especially true on someone who has gradually changing skin pigmentation in this area.
Some people may recommend augmentation with fillers in the area, which could look good as well.
The two pictures are taken at different angles with different lighting.
I don’t see clear evidence of Botox.
Most patients appreciate subtle improvements with the removal of some wrinkles in the crossfeed area from the use of Botox.
There may be substantial discrepancy and differences in outcome depending on who does the treatment.
If you didn’t like Botox in the area, probably don’t repeat it.
Personally, I would be reluctant to remove skin on your lower eyelid.
The procedure in my opinion tends to lead to a premature ectropion at some point in the future.
