I am 9 months out from having under eye Botox and I hated the outcome. I am now looking for surgical or non surgical options to get the skin under my eyes back tight. Would a skin pinch help me get the skin back tighten up under my eyes? Or should I get a lower blephorplasty? I am open to anything that will get this area back tighten up. The first photo are my eyes before and the second are my under eyes now that the Botox has worn off. My eyes now look lifeless and deflated. Please help.
