I’m constant pain after endoscopic brow lift. What can I do?

I had a endoscopic brow lift and midface lift in October 23. Have had severe swelling due to allergic reaction to dissolvable sutures (Vicryl dissolvable). I am constant in sharp pain in my head/temple area. It seems to get worse. My sutures have not dissolved yet either as I can feel them. have been pulled to tight up that it has left me with a shocking pain. What can I do as I can’t sleep anymore and losing hope. Surgeon is abroad and can’t help.
