Not satisfied with the results of my brow lift. What are my next options?

Hi, I had a brow lift few months ago. My surgeon did 4 incisions: on the temple each side and two mid face hairline. I had a blepharoplasty a year ago and my outer corner of the eyelids still looked droopy so he suggested a brow lift to fix it. I'm not very satisfied with the results because you can barely tell any difference. I am very dissapointed why he would recommend it in the first place if it's not going to work. I want to know what are my next options?

Hello, hope you are well. Thanks for sharing your information and posting your questions. A temporal brow lift is generally a good/logical way of managing droopy skin at the outer corner of the eye and when the tail of the brow descends unevenly with the medial portion. The technique is very important which is why results may vary from surgeon to surgeon. (Where the incisions are placed, the amount of skin that is elevated, lifted, and removed, etc). Based on your description a little revision may be all that is needed to get you to your goal, but there are many assumptions in that suggestion that would need to be discussed in a private consultation.
