Can I get a trichophytic brow lift without lowering the forehead by much?

Can I get the TB procedure without lowering the forehead by much? I don't want my far head any larger but I don't want it lowered a lot either. Just a little is fine. Can this be done?

On Photo 2, it appears as though both brows are symmetrical in height and position. It is very difficult to comment on any upper eye lid skin excess on the photos provided. Your surgery was relatively recent. It is best that you discuss any concerns with your operating surgeon.
